This excellent value machine from Triton Tools is an effective way of sanding inside curves and holes of various radii thanks to the inclusion of six different sizes of spindles. It has a large cast iron table that is precision flat allowing you to take full advantage of the squareness of the spindle to the tabletop. The up-and-down oscillation of the bobbin means that the usage of the sanding sleeve is averaged out over the 16mm stroke length. This sander is most effective when used with a dust extraction system, which prevents most of the sawdust from landing on the table, and improves air quality for the user. The kit comes with five rubber sanding drums, as well as the suitable table inserts and washers. This allows you to use six different sizes of sanding sleeve (13 -bare spindle, 19, 26, 38, 51 and 76mm). Also included are six 80 Grit sanding sleeves (one of each size) to get you started, with the option of adding another six to have spares.
